Policies & Procedures

The deadline for registration is one-week prior to the start of each program and the completion of your registration must also include a non-refundable $50 deposit paid via check & mailed to the provided address. Payment can be provided at point of registration or in installments up until the first day of each program. Until full payment is received your registration is not guaranteed and your spot can not be reserved.

A full refund is may be granted if requested up to 30 days prior to the start of a program. No refund is guaranteed.

Financial assistance is strictly need-based and will be handled on a case by case basis. We have a very limited scholarship fund and scholarships may not be available until later in the spring, or closer to the start of our programs. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss our financial assistance options. 

Meals are not provided by our organization; however our host facilities may provide meals at an additional cost. Participants may also elect to bring their own food and drink.

Participation in our programs will require complete and full attendance. Lessons, rehearsals, class meetings and/or instruction will be given throughout each day. Missing any of these days will limit the experience and successful progress throughout our programs. If a student attendance record is not sufficient, the administration reserves the right to deny participation in the final concert or the remainder of a program. 

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that their child is dropped off and picked up promptly at the start and end of each day. 

For each child’s safety, only individuals designated on in the registration form will be allowed to pick-up a child at the end of each day. Photo ID will be required of the individual at the time of pick-up unless otherwise noted on participant's registration form.

Our programs sometimes host a Welcome Day prior to the start of camp. Attendance at this convocation day is enthusiastically encouraged as the schedule, events, and important information (as it regards the programs) will be announced and explained at that time. Participants and their parents/guardians will meet the administration, faculty, staff, and be introduced to the facility at that time. More information about this convocation will be made available through our website and you may contact us directly with any questions.

All camp activities will take place at our host facility and other pre-approved facilities. A complete list of the facilities will be provided to you before the first day of camp.

For the safety of each participant and the safety of everyone involved in our programs, only individuals designated on the Transportation Information section of the registration forms will be allowed to pick-up their children at the end of each day. Photo ID may be required at the time of pick-up. 

Tuition covers all activities and supplies required for the two week session. The convocation, concert, and t-shirt are included. You are required to wear the t-shirt only for performances. All other days comfortable, appropriate attire is acceptable. While we encourage students to express their individuality at all times, we reserve the right to deny entry to any student who we deem dons inappropriate or offensive attire.

Littlestone Group may terminate any registration and child’s participation at any time for health, safety, disciplinary, or welfare concerns. Refunds will be at the discretion of the administration at that time. 

If a participant drives or transports themselves, you assume all the responsibility for their safe travel to and from our programs. 

Please make arrangements to have your own instrument during the two week session. For larger instruments such as drum sets, please let us know if you would like to make storage arrangements. Please bring all of your own reeds, mouthpieces, neck straps, valve oils, tuners, and regular maintenance tools, or applicable equipment, with you every day. If you'd like to assist us with instrument donations please contact us!

Consider bringing a refillable water bottle that you can easily write on. 

All performances are free and open to the public. Guest lists may be made available in advance of specific events.
